Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please let us know at least 7 days in advance or you will forfeit half of your deposit. Cancelations up the 3 days before are subject to a full forfeiture of deposit. Otherwise we offer a full refund. In the case of an act of god where your trip is canceled without your say (I.E. forest fire, pandemic, ect.) within 7 days of your trip, you will have the option to refund half of your deposit, or receive a voucher for a shuttle in the following years. Good for any river we shuttle of equal or lesser value
