Terms of Service agreement.
Frank Church River Shuttles Terms of Service:
Effective as of February 6th, 2023

Service Availability: Our shuttle services are available to customers who have made a reservation and have received confirmation from us.

Reservations: Reservations must be made in advance and can be made by contacting us through our website, email, or phone.

Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of reservation. We accept major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time, a full refund will be provided. If a reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time, no refund will be provided.

Liability: Frank Church River Shuttles will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may occur during the course of the shuttle service.

Safety: Our passengers are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the shuttle driver.

In the case that a vehicle requires repair or a tow and we cannot reach the owner or emergency contact, Frank Church River Shuttles reserves the right to use our best judgement to remedy the situation and bill the owner after the fact. If the repair/tow is not payed in full Frank Church River Shuttles can put a lien on the vehicle.

Frank Church River Shuttles has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Changes to Terms of Service: Frank Church River Shuttles reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice.
