Pay Scale

• We pay on a daily scale/per job. On average $200 a day plus tips but varies by shuttle

• We plan on providing housing in either Stanley or Salmon, wherever we will be stationed.

Role Summary

• We are seeking reliable and experienced drivers to join our team at Frank Church River Shuttles. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for driving company vehicles as well as client vehicles, safely, to and from various locations along the river.

Main Responsibilities

In fulfilling the requirements of the post, the driver will demonstrate essential professional responsibilities, and in particular will:

 

• Operate vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

• Know how to drive and maneuver large vehicles with trailers attached.

• Be able to drive for long periods of time (sometimes up to 12 hours with breaks).

• Ensure the vehicle is maintained and in good working condition before and after each trip (including taking pictures of the vehicles before and after driving).

• Maintain accurate records of each trip, including the distance traveled, and any incidents that may occur.

• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient shuttle operations.

• Assist with other tasks as needed, including cleaning and organizing vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications

As a driver for Frank Church River Shuttles you will be expected to have certain qualifications, particularly:

 

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Previous experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Must have strong communication skills and be able to interact professionally with other team members.

• Must have strong attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively.

• Cannot consume alcohol or any medication/drugs that may impair your ability to drive. Consent to random drug testing. We have a ZERO drugs and alcohol policy. Any misconduct will result in IMMEDIATE termination.

 

We are a seasonal employer and operate between the months of May and September. Most full time employees come in around May 15th and finish around September 15th. We drive on average 5 days a week but it is all dependent on need. Some weeks we work more, some we work less! We can discuss your availability for those months and can be flexible with your summer plans! We don't require full-time work and you can work as little or as much as you would like, however, we do have full-time positions we would like to fill!
